Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

Non-Delivery of Services – If the agreed services are not initiated within the specified timeframe.
Duplicate Payment – If a client is accidentally charged more than once for the same service.
Technical Issues – If a technical error on our side prevents service delivery.

Non-Refundable Services

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

Once the Meta Ads setup, campaigns, or creative work have been delivered (partial or full).
If the client decides to discontinue or change their mind after services have started or been delivered.
Performance outcomes (e.g., leads, sales, conversions) are not guaranteed due to variables outside our control (such as product quality, market demand, competition, or client’s landing page performance).

Refund Request Process

To request a refund, clients must email Shrvankumarecom@gmail.com within 7 days of payment.
All refund requests will be reviewed within 5–7 business days.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
